Defying The Odds
Believe N You, Inc. is meant to evoke confidence and to bring out the best you that lives inside of yourself. Being the 1st African American NFL Female Coach by way of being the First Female Coach in NY Jets Franchise History is an incredible feat where believing in myself has taken me. We are a means of hope and positivity through our actions and how we view ourselves and take on others. Nothing in life is easy and that should be the beauty of our strength and determination to keep on achieving through any means.

Believe N You, Inc. Represents the Possibilities of what you CAN achieve! Everything is possible in life that you want, let's make the right choices to get there. Believe N You, Inc. officially came to fruition October 2017 but lived in me for many years since finding football which gave me a sense of strength and pride. It is now my destiny to pay it forward and visit schools, children's organizations and corporations where encouragement is needed in order for them to push forward to be successful on and in any situation.
